A great afternoon on the mats with Saul Rogers, breaking down the headlock position and looking at the details that make the difference.
Controlling the position and turning it into a million opportunities to attack. Plenty to take away and work on.

Our second beginners course was a massive success!
Our second course at the club was a massive success with an incredible turnout, great energy and everyone full embracing the learning experience from start to finish. Its been great to see how quickly everyone has been improving and growing in confidence. To top it all off everyone received their rinse and roll goodies.
